EMEGS (Qt version)

EMEGS (Qt version) (electro magneto encephalography software) is a software for psychophysiological data analysis.

Originally programmed for EEG and MEG data processing, EMEGS (Qt version) is set up to offer additional analysis modules for peripheral physiology (e.g. EDA, ECG, EMG, reflexive STARTLE EMG), which are under construction.

EMEGS relies on CPPSPLib for data reading and writing, signal processing, statistical calculations and linear algebra and trigonometric functions needed for EEG/MEG source localization.

CPPSPLib relies exclusively on tools freely available for all major operating systems: the standard c++ library, "Boost" c++ libraries (http://www.boost.org), LAPACK (http://www.netlib.org/lapack/), BLAS (http://www.netlib.org/blas/) and ATLAS (http://math-atlas.sourceforge.net/).

For 3d-displays and large data sets EMEGS uses hardware accelerated rendering through openGL.

This is the API documentation for EMEGS programmers.
